• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Money laundering or financial fraud activities
• Use of automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage

• Age restriction violation — individuals under 18 years of age

8.1 Voluntary Closure
